Cancellation Policy
1. 1 coach to 6 students 2.$160 each a month. 4 sessions a month. 45mons per session. 3.For FIRST payment together with one month deposit, student is entitled to a free set of welcome gift ( 1 cap, 1 kick board, 1 bag,1 back float) 4. Lesson will proceed as usual on rainy day unless otherwise notified 5.If pool closed due to bad weather, lesson will be rescheduled. 6. Do make up for any missed lesson or lesson cancellation. 7.Complete all make up before the next payment otherwise within next 4 weeks 8. Public holiday and 5th week no lesson 9.Monthly contract no registration fees no surprise charges.However, a one time non refundable ONE MONTH DEPOSIT is required along with the FIRST payment. 10.Withdraw anytime with ONE MONTH NOTICE. The one month deposit will be used on the last four lessons after the one month notice have been notified. 11.Assessment will be conducted every 4-6 months. if the student is ready for the ACTUAL Swimsafer Assessment, parent will be notified. 12.Student will receive one free lesson for successfully completed each Swimsafer stage. 13.Parent will entitled to additional 4 free lessons for each new parent referred to 'gohswimming'. 14.Student will entitled to additional 1 free lesson on birthday month.
